How to get a refund

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with HeadHigh. Please follow the steps below to get a refund. Please note that we cannot issue refunds ourselves for purchases made through the App Store. You will need to contact Apple directly for a refund.

Refund for in-app purchases

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com .
  2. Tap or click “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”
  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
